Experience
Pensacola ~ " The Red Snapper Capital of the World" - and home of the Pensacola
CHARTERBOAT Association. Pensacola has
been a best-kept little secret for many years, with its
sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, and some of the
best fishing along the Gulf Coast.
The
Pensacola CHARTERBOAT Association is made up of local captains
that support the Pensacola recreation fishing industry. The
captains and boats listed in our directory have years of
experience fishing in local waters, and are licensed by the U.S.
Coast Guard. The Boats are available for inshore /nearshore
fishing, deep-sea fishing, overnight trips, dive trips or
sightseeing excursions. You can enjoy a day out on the beautiful
bay with your family, or head offshore to deeper waters to reel in
that catch of a lifetime! Whatever type of fishing you have on
your mind, we've got the right boat for you!
The
Pensacola CHARTERBOAT Association is a non-profit organization
that supports tourism to the Pensacola area. We are active in the community, and help support and annual kids' fishing clinic, the
Make-Wish Foundation, and the American Heart Association. The
Association also developed the "Rebuild Underwater Northwest
Florida Reef Program," and has implemented Pensacola's first
October Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo.
Pensacola
continues to be one of the best vacation spots along the Gulf
Coast.
There are celebrations and festivals year around, plenty of
shopping, some of the most mouth watering southern cooking',
museums, golfing, and of course, fishing! Summer attractions
include the Blue Angles air-show over Pensacola Beach in July, a circuit
of fishing tournaments, seafood festivals, and of course more
fishing !
We
invite you to experience Pensacola in a whole new way.
